UMR Medical Insurance

If you elected your benefits and enrolled in the medical insurance, you should be receiving your cards very soon if you haven’t already.

If you have not received the card, instructions are included so you can still create an account and download a copy. If you need help, please contact me at erikaha@provo.edu or Cat Miner at catherinem@provo.edu.

If there are technical issues when registering, please call 1-866-922-8266 and choose the internet service option.
