Have you started your wellness journey yet?

The tasks for the 2nd Quarter of the Wellness Program are:

1. Participate in an Activity challenge

2. Complete a Digital Coaching or Global Journey

As of December 30, 2019, Digital Coaching has changed to Global Journey.

Journeys are multi-day, self-guided courses to help you build health habits. There are 35 topics to choose from like getting active, eating healthy or managing your finances. Each topic has a different time limit to complete the journey. Pick a topic to work on and let’s get started!

Here’s how:

  1. Log into your MyHealth account and go to your member checklist. Click on enroll in digital coaching. You will be directed to Virgin Pulse.
  2. In Virgin Pulse, click on programs. This will take you to My Wellness programs.
  3.  Click on Journeys
  4.  Choose a Journey course you would like to take.
  5. Each journey has the same instructions: Check in each day and complete that day’s step
  6. Each day you will read a small tidbit about your journey. You can either do the step by clicking “will do” or click “not for me”.
  7. Goals and progress will keep track of your journey.
  8. If you do not complete your journey by February 28, screenshot your progress so you can get credit for it. Send your screenshot to either your Wellness manager or Cat Miner. Complete the full journey by April 30, 2020.
