Evening for Educators PD Free Re-licensure

Evenings are held throughout the academic year at museums and galleries across the state of Utah. They feature keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, networking opportunities, light refreshments and free educational materials designed to help teachers integrate the night’s theme into their curriculum. Teachers may receive inservice credit for attending these events.

• Register for one or more classes

Registration for all Evenings will be through MIDAS. All Evenings are in person, some Evenings are hybrid and have the option of participating through Zoom.

• 1 Evening + Survey = 3 re-licensure points
• 5 Evenings + Surveys + 1 Field Test = 1 semester credit (Must be in the same school year.)
• Feedback surveys will be emailed after each event and then points will be added to MIDAS upon completion.

The first PD “It’s All Fun and Games”

In a world increasingly dominated by digital technology, It’s All Fun and Games offers a unique and whimsical interactive art experience that celebrates the essence of pre-smartphone nostalgia and childlike joy. Tactile art experiences will encourage playful exploration and ignite curiosity in students. Join us for an evening of art workshops and discussions with featured artists that will help encourage and remind your students to have fun in their art practice!
