Certified Employee Reminders from HR

Here are a few quick reminders for certified employees:

• Minimum expectation is to arrive 30 minutes prior to class beginning and remain at the school 30 minutes after dismissal. Please notify your supervisor when you are unable to complete these expectations

• Leave must be requested and approved by your supervisor then submitted when you are unable to complete your contract hours
• When you are absent the full day, 8 hours of leave submission is required
• For safety and security purposes, if you leave the building temporarily, please notify your administrator
• Flex time may be approved on a rare occasion with supervisor approval
