Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy  

Save money on your monthly prescription costs by moving eligible medications to Optum’s home delivery program. With Optum’s Home Delivery option, you can receive a 90-day supply of eligible prescriptions delivered directly to your home. Standard shipping is free, and you can have access to a pharmacist 24/7 to help answer any questions.

You can move your medications to Optum’s Home Delivery program in one of four ways:

1. Go to your UMR portal or app, and sign up for Optum Home Delivery
2. Us the OptumRX app
3. Call the number on the back of your Member ID card and follow the prompts for Home Delivery
4. Ask your provider to send an electronic prescription to OptumRx

Access Optum’s Home Delivery program any time by logging in to your UMR account. From there, you can review your medications and check your costs, look up the cost of any new medications, and track your Optum Home Delivery order.
