Do you want to find out the cost of an upcoming procedure? You can get this information from your UMR portal. The health cost estimator allows you to research treatment options and learn about the recommended care and estimated costs associated with your selected treatment option.
If you need to contact UMR or Optum (prescriptions) there are appropriate numbers on the back of your members insurance card, or you can access the chat option on the UMR portal. If you have issues once you have tried these options, please let the Benefits department know.
