Upgrading to Zoom Premium

This week, many of you will receive an email inviting you to join a new Provo School District instance of Zoom, which will allow you to have Zoom Premium features including unlimited meeting time (no more 40-minute limit!). Please accept the invitation when you receive it and then accept the account changes to transfer to this new instance. If you do not receive this email but feel you need the premium features, please submit a request in the Help Desk.

Please be aware that recordings on this instance will only be available for 30 days due to limited online storage. We encourage you to continue recording in the cloud—as it enables features like transcription that are not available for local recordings—and then download any needed recordings before the 30-day expiration. You will receive a reminder email before recordings are deleted.
