We are rounding the last corner of our 2022-2023 wellness journey. We have two more big events for the month of March before it is easy sailing. District Walking Challenge and District-wide Journey.
The easiest, stressless walking challenge of them all. There is no signing up, no tracking on Virgin Pulse (unless you want to), no teams, or time limits, just you and walking. Starting March 1 until March 26, keep track of your steps any way you would like to. That can be on your wearable device (apple watch, fitbit etc.); your phone; any tracking app (Virgin Pulse etc.) or the tracking sheet provided. Just track your steps and show your Wellness Manager or Cat Miner and you will get credit for it. Simple!

For anyone who keeps forgetting to log into Virgin Pulse and do their journey. This event is for YOU! Sign up on the below link and I will send you an email and/or text message to remind you to go into Virgin Pulse and read your next step in your journey. You can do the “Make time for Play” journey with me or any other 10 day journey you’d like. For 10 working days starting March 13 to March 24 expect a message for me.
We have got this! Let’s finish our 2022-2023 Wellness Year together.
