Summer Schedule for 242 Employees

With summer approaching, here is a quick explanation of our summer schedule and holidays for those employees on a 242 day contract. We will once again be utilizing a four-10 schedule with 10 hour work days Monday – Thursday. Employees would be off on Fridays.

Summer Hours

Summer Schedule-10 hour days, 4 days a week

• First day of the summer schedule TBD
• Regular schedule will resume Monday, July 29, 2024
• First Friday back will be August 2, 2024

Holiday Hours will be observed as follows:

• Monday, May 27th-Memorial Day
• Wednesday, June 19th-Juneteenth
• Thursday, July 4th-Independence Day
• Wednesday, July 24th-Pioneer Day

During weeks with the four holidays listed above, 32 hours of work (Monday-Thursday) will be required. Please work with your supervisor on your holiday work week plan and submit appropriate leave if necessary.
