Calling all Utah Paraeducator-Teacher Teams! Paraeducators and teachers are critical partners in meeting the needs of the whole student. As expectations of paraeducator-teacher teams continue to increase and change, it is critical that ongoing, targeted trainings be offered.

Utah School Employees Association (USEA) is offering high-quality professional development sessions for Utah paraeducators and teachers called, ParaPower: Building Effective Teams!

This interactive workshop will address some of the most critical and timely issues facing paraeducators and teachers such as, roles and responsibilities, communication, and problem solving/conflict management. Participants will walk away knowing how to work together more effectively for the success of their students and their careers. Come and join us either as a team or an individual.

Join USEA and Paraeducators and Teachers from all over Utah for this exciting, informative training!
