Outstanding Educator Nominations Needed
The Provo School District Foundation will once again recognize six outstanding individuals in Provo City School District. One administrator, one classified employee and four teachers will be selected and honored at a dinner event on April 30th.
Included is a link to the nomination form. In the space provided, please answer the four questions in as much detail as possible. Nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13.
Completed forms can be sent to Caleb Price at the District Office via the district courier or by email at calebpr@provo.edu.
