Employee Assistance Program
Taking care of your mental health is as equally important as taking care of your physical health. Whether you are experiencing stress at home or at work, your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Intermountain LiVe Well is your partner in helping you navigate any situation. Provo City School District’s EAP program can help you and your family members with many of life’s stresses by offering access to multiple resources, including:
24/7 crisis service that can connect you with a licensed mental health therapist any time, any day (make sure to tell the Intermountain LiVe Well representative that you are calling in with a crisis).
Short-term counseling sessions for you, your spouse or partner, and your children (under age 26). Intermountain LiVe Well’s network of counselors are ready to help navigate life’s challenges. All counseling sessions are completely confidential.
Ongoing support for employees who are providing care for a spouse or family member that is ill, disabled, or otherwise incapacitated. Intermountain LiVe Well’s caregiver coaches are armed with resources that can help with finding legal, financial, and health care answers, as well as provide ongoing emotional support for you as you care for your loved one.
Intermountain LiVe Well website access that includes tips and tools to deal with stress, bi-monthly E-Tips newsletters, and information on how to get in touch with our staff. All services rendered through Intermountain LiVe Well are confidential and are offered at no out-of-pocket cost to you!
