Over the past few years, our STEM educators have continued to go above and beyond, even as they faced challenges in and out of the classroom. They deserve recognition for the amazing work they bring to your community and nominating a teacher for a Presidential Award is just one small way to say “thank you”.

Recognizing exceptional educators since 1983, the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST) is the highest honors bestowed by the White House for K-12 STEM teaching. You can celebrate another deserving teacher in your community by nominating them for a Presidential Award.

The PAEMST program is now accepting nominations for K-6 STEM teachers. Awardees receive a certificate signed by the President; a trip to Washington, D.C., to attend a series of recognition events and professional development opportunities; a $10,000 award from the National Science Foundation; and join a community of over 5,200 award-winning teachers.

Do you know another teacher deserving of this incredible honor? Nominate them through this link today.

Don’t forget, the last day to nominate is January 8, 2024, and the application deadline is February 6, 2024.
