The technology department is excited to share that we will be moving to our new help desk system starting Monday, February 12, 2024.

With this, there comes changes to the help desk website and the email feature for submitting a work order.

To submit a technology work order, please choose from the following options:

  1. Help Desk System: Visit help.provo.edu from your favorite internet browser.  You will now be able to use the Login with Google option, which means you will use your email credentials and not your Active Directory (network access) credentials that were required before.
  2. Email option: Send an email to help@provo.edu.  As always, we appreciate you including as many details as possible in your requests so that we can alleviate wait times and address your issues quickly and efficiently.

Techs are required to work from work orders submitted to the help desk, and on a first come first served basis. For this reason, we highly encourage you to submit a ticket prior to calling the help desk so that you are already in the queue in the event we can’t assist you remotely.
