Now that school is back in session, what better time than now to make sure your family members have their own library card from Provo City Library!

This month is “National Library Card Signup Month”. Celebrate by heading to either the Provo City Library or Orem Public library to apply for your free library card.

Having a library card provides a quiet environment to explore and allows your child access to thousands of books that they can choose to read. As they make their own reading choices, they will be able to develop a joy in reading while also strengthening their reading skills.

Visit your closest library today to get a free library card and to introduce (or reintroduce) your child to the wonders of reading.
