November is the national month of Gratitude. It is more than simply saying “thank you”. Gratitude’s amazing powers have the ability to shift us from focusing on the negative to appreciating what is positive in our lives.

Gratitude is important – that much is certain. Through the month of November practice being grateful and see the change.
