Provo City School District’s partnership with SelectHealth comes with many perks, one of which is access to SelectHealth’s Member Advocates team. The Member Advocates are a great resource to help with the following:

• Find in-network provider or facilities.
• Identify the correct provider type or facility location to treat a specific health concern or condition.
• Provide information on a selected provider, such as training, credentials, and what language they speak.
• Help you understand and identify ways to maximize your benefits.
• Once your Advocate helps to identify an appropriate provider or facility, they can even schedule your appointment for you!

Member Advocates are available by phone from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM on weekdays, and from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Saturdays. The direct line to the Advocates team is 800-515-2220, and their number is also listed on the back of your SelectHealth member ID card.
