Your SelectHealth medical benefits through Provo City School District come with additional resources to help you navigate and maximize your benefits.

SelectHealth Member Services

SelectHealth’s Member Services team can help you understand your benefits. When you have a question, give them a call! They are available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. MST on weekdays, and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. MST on Saturdays. The Member Services team can be reached at 800-538-5038.

Member Advocates

SelectHealth’s Member Advocates team can help you find the right doctor for your needs. They will find the closest facility or doctor with the nearest available appointment, schedule appointments for you, and help you understand and maximize your benefits. SelectHealth’s Member Advocates team can be reached at 800-515-2220.

MyHealth Account

Your secure online member account is your one-stop shop for information about your healthcare. Your member account can be accessed from your mobile device or computer by visiting www.selecthealth.org. Use the Medical Cost Estimator to view how much a procedure will cost you before you schedule. View and print copies of your ID card right from our device. Use the chat feature to speak with Member Services. You can also view your benefits, claims and deductible levels right from your phone or desktop, so you’ll always know where you stand with your benefits.
