Flu Shot Clinic 2019
The District Flu Shot Clinic will take place on Tuesday, September 24 from 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
The clinic will be located in the Professional Development Center, which is adjacent to the District Office (280 W 940 N).
To participate in the flu clinic, you’ll need to bring your medical insurance card – no payment will be accepted. The free service is offered to all Select-Health employees and their family members, ages 5 and older
These vaccines are provided on a first-come, first-served, basis. Before coming, remember to wear a short sleeved shirt.
