A 4,000-year-old earthenware bowl. A mosaic head of Medusa weighing more than 100 pounds. A tenth-century container carved to include Islamic history. An eighteenth-century writing cabinet. A 100-year-old oil painting from Spain. What do these objects all have in common? Whether ancient or modern, east or west of the Atlantic Ocean, each of these treasures comes from the Hispanic World. Come learn more about how objects like these can be creatively incorporated into teaching art and other core curriculum.
