Energy Setback Reminders for Thanksgiving Break 2023

We ask all employees for their help saving energy over Thanksgiving Break, from November 22–24 (with a reminder that the 22nd is a common compensatory day for all non-242-day-contract employees).

We ask that you:

• Turn off all electronics, i.e., TVs, computers, sound systems, projectors, document cameras, DVD players, printers, copiers, etc.
•  Set thermostats to 55 degrees or unoccupied if in a portable or office
• Shut down all computer labs
• Close window blinds
• Do NOT shut off network switches or routers
