Employee COVID Testing-Fridays

We are pleased to announce that beginning Friday, January 8th, we will be offering our employees the opportunity to voluntarily participate in COVID-19 rapid testing. Additionally, we will continue to offer the same opportunity to our employees, every Friday until the immunization becomes available.
Testing will take place at the Grandview Learning Center Gymnasium from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The test offered is Access Bio CareStart, which is an Antigen (nasal swab) test, performed by Provo City School District’s health clerks, with school nurses supervising. Though results will be obtained within 10 minutes, we ask that employees promptly leave the premises once the test has been completed.
Employees that experience a positive test result, will be contacted by a school nurse, for further direction. Employees will not be contacted if their test result is negative. If you choose to participate and are not contacted by a school nurse, you can assume your results are negative.
If you choose to voluntarily participate on January 8, 2021, please reserve your testing time by completing the survey.
Once you reserve your spot, you will be emailed further directions, including consent forms. We ask that if you choose to participate you honor your reserved time by being punctual and completing the paperwork prior to your arrival.
