Business Office/Trustlands Reminder

Just a reminder that the Trustlands expenditures will be reviewed each year by the state and must match the current plan that has been approved by the board. If you make changes with your School Community Council, that is fine, but an amendment must be made to your plan and the District and the State will need to approve that amendment.

As requisitions come through Alio, we will be matching the request with your plan. As you are shifting expenditures with journal entries, please make sure that you are following the plan. It would be helpful if you would provide reference to the specific goal that the expenditure relates to.
