Alio Tip of the Week: Blanket POs

Do you ever get tired of entering a PO each month to the same vendor for the same amount? Did you know that you could open a blanket PO? That PO number could be used each month for the entire fiscal year so you do not have to receive items or enter new POs for your monthly invoices.

For example, if you have an invoice for Pure Water Partners that comes each month for $75, you could have Tina Fluehe open a PO in July for $900. Each month you would just put your PO number at the top and scan it in without having to go through another approval process or receiving the items.
