Alio Tip of the Week – Monthly Reports

This is just a general reminder to review your monthly reports that will be coming each month–this week you will get one on Thursday night. These reports have several pieces of important information for each school. One of the most important pieces of information is your Employee Pay Assignment report. Please review these each month, especially as the instructional assistants are added to NovaTime the beginning of October. Whatever account number is on that pay assignment report will be the account number that is charged for each assignment. Any changes need to be made on the report and sent to Liz Boardman, or an ATE needs to be filled out with the change in account code.
