We have a workshop that requires 15 educators to help us with new cluster development for grades 6-8. If you are interested, please click the link below and fill out the survey. Only sign up for this workshop if you teach grades 6-8 or you are/were a science specialist.

Science Grade 6-8 Cluster Writing Workshop

Monday, February 15, 2021 (1-day only) (Presidents’ Day Holiday)

Workshop Survey

The purpose of this workshop is to begin clusters for grades 6-8. The focus will be on generating unique phenomena and laying the foundation for the clusters. Grade 6 will also be focusing on generating clusters that will be brailed to help fill holes in our cluster bank for the braille assessments.

You will have to attend the entire day to receive the stipend. Please do not sign up if you can’t attend the entire workshop.

This survey will remain open until Friday, January 22, 2021, at 12:00 PM.

NOTE: Educators with experience writing or reviewing 3D science clusters will be preferentially selected for this review in order to reduce the training time and overall length of the review. Other educators may be selected if needed.
