2023 3M Young Scientist Challenge

If you are looking for opportunities to engage students in real-world STEM exploration, invite them to enter the 2023 3M Young Scientist Challenge! Provo City School District students have a chance to win the $25,000 grand prize and an exclusive 3M mentorship — register today! Once students register, they’ll receive weekly tips and tricks for completing their entry. Entries are accepted until April 27, 2023.

The nationally recognized 3M Young Scientist Challenge spotlights students in grades 5-8 from around the nation who have a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Teachers and students can find all of the resources necessary to kickstart students’ imaginations and prompt entries with the attached flyer or on the Young Scientist Lab Channel in the Discovery Education learning platform or at 3MYoungScientistLab.com.
