This year students from nine schools in Provo City School District joined teams to compete in the “Battle of the Books”. These students became experts in 20 predetermined book titles in preparation of their school battles. The winners in each division of their school then advanced on to sport their knowledge of these books in the district battle.

The district “Battle of the Books” was held April 18th at Provo High. The winning teams in each division are: 7/8 Grade Champions: Dixon Phoenix 5/6 Grade Champions: Provost District Winners (Yes, this was their team name) 3/4 Grade Champions: Provost Book Masters

Congratulations to all the students that participated in “Battle of the Books”. In our book, no pun intended, they are all champions.
