2018-2019 Open Enrollment

2018-2019 Open Enrollment has begun!!

Please make sure you go into the Benefit Portal before August 19th to elect your benefits. Listed below are a few changes you will want to be aware of:

• *SelectHealth Share is the new network beginning September 1
• you must go to a provider in the Share network to receive coverage

*If you sign up for the Traditional plan, you will not be eligible for the HSA, so continue to the next page if you reach the page that says “Unable to Enroll”

*Only the employee will enroll into the wellness plan, this will give you access to the myhelp portal with SelectHealth

*We have a new EAP (Employee Assistance Program) administered by Intermountain Live Well, any employee and benefit eligible family member is eligible to use this benefit. For more information, please go to the benefit book.
