Flu Shot Clinic September 26, 2024
Join us for the Flu Shot Clinic on September 26, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, located at the District Office in the PDC. This clinic is open to all employees and their family members and will be conducted by the Utah County Health Department. Please remember to bring your insurance card and a photo ID. The following insurance plans are accepted:
- Aetna
- Altius
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- DMBA
- Educators Mutual
- Humana
- Medicaid/CHIP
- Medicare
- MotiveHealth
- PEHP
- SelectHealth
- United Healthcare/UMR
- Wise
Services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
