Starting October 1st the district will be implementing a new platform/app approval process for all software products.

The purpose of the new platform/app approval process is to ensure compliance with state law and to ensure products meet district and state standards for security, privacy, and curriculum needs. All future online platforms, user login (e.g. Login with Google), installed/deployed software, applications, and other technology tools will need to go through this process before it can be used.

We will be using a new system called LearnPlatform to manage this process and keep records of approved and non approved platforms moving forward.

More information on how to request approval will be provided as we near rollout this new process this fall.
