Earlier this year a bill passed officially designating September as “American Founders and Constitution Month” with September 17 as “Constitution Day” in the State of Utah! While all state residents are encouraged to learn more about the Consitution this month, schools are specifically encouraged to observe by reading directly from the United States Constitution and other primary sources, and to teach the governing principles found in the United States Constitution.
