We loved seeing you at PD Day! Please take a moment to complete this confirmation of attendance and feedback survey so we can focus our efforts to improve on what matters most to you. 5 lucky people who complete the survey by Tomorrow (Tue Jan 31) at 12pm will win a pair of movie tickets!
Winners will be selected from the list of survey respondents using a random number generator. Tickets will be delivered to teachers on Wed Feb 1st.
