COVID Booster Shots

As a Provo City School District employee, you qualify for a COVID booster shot if you received your initial vaccine more than six months ago.  The Utah County Health Department (UCHD) is currently offering PFIZER boosters.  They will also be offering the MODERNA booster in early November.  If you are interested in receiving a booster, please follow the link below to register.  You will need to bring your employee ID at the time of your booster shot appointment.

Both walk-in and drive-thru vaccination options are available.
