Entry Years Enhancement (EYE)
Entry Years Enhancement (EYE) is a structured support program for Level 1 educators as they fulfill the requirements for a Level 2 professional license. All Level 1 educators are required to participate and all requirements must be completed within the first three years of service. The goal of EYE is to support teachers and to help them qualify for a Level 2 license.

In Provo City School District, the yearly requirements for the portfolio are:
Copies of 2 evaluations by an administrator (a total of 6 evals)
For each evaluation, a 1-page reflection of the evaluation and your plan for growth
For each evaluation, an artifact related to your evaluation and reflection (e.g. student data, unit plan/lesson plan, management plan, parent newsletter, photos of student products, pacing guide, copy of student webpage, student/parent surveys, drawing of classroom arrangement, intervention/enrichment plan, grading plan, behavior contract, reflection of a professional book that was read, rubrics, parent contact log, photos of instruction, certificate of professional development completion, notes of peer observation notes from conference/webinar, description of additional assignments, description of teacher award, photo of outreach activity.)
