How to Request Technology/Apps on the Learn Platform

  1. Use the link below to navigate to Learn Platform
  2. You will begin at the login page. Do not enter an email or password.
    • Click “Sign in with Google” at the bottom of the screen
    •    
  3. On the Products page, click “Provo School District Library”
    • Before requesting a new product, be sure to scroll through the PCSD Library to see if it has already been requested. The status of a request will be indicated on each product in the PCSD Library.
  4. In order to request a product, it must first be located within the Learn Community Library.
    • Click the “Search by product or company name…” and enter the product you would like to request.
      • For example, “IXL Math.”
    • Click “SHOW RESULTS.”
  5. If the product is available in the Learn Community Library, it will display here.
    • Click “Request”
    • If the product you’ve searched for is not displayed, click “Request Product.” Check back to see if your requested product has been added to the Learn Community Library. Once it has been added, you will be able to request a review as indicated in step #6
  6. To submit a request for review, complete all questions in displayed form.
    • Once all questions have been answered, click “Submit”

After you have submitted your request, the review process will begin.  Please check the Learn Platform for status updates.
