Wellness: 1st Half

The 1st half of the Wellness Program ends November 30. Make sure you have the following done:

Create a SelectHealth and Virgin Pulse accounts
Complete the health check/assessment in Virgin Pulse
Attend an onsite or virtual health screening or visit your Primary Care Provider
Complete 1 activity campaign in Virgin Pulse
Select a Primary Care Provider *only insured employees
