Did you know that knowing what a student knows and how a student is reasoning and sense making is an essential part of the Utah State Board of Education’s Personalized Competency Based Learning (PCBL) initiative? Join Lindsey Henderson, state math specialist, and Jeremy Thiesen,, Math Annex, to learn about using an asset-based lens to analyze students’ ways of thinking and how that can be leveraged to advocate for student’s mathematical journeys!
