Make sure you sign up for a Health Screening! Appointments are still available for the following events:
- September 16 – District Office
- September 20 – Provo High School
- September 22 – Centennial Middle School
- September 28 – Provo High School
- September 29 – Centennial Middle School
There will be a computer lab for help getting into Wellness portals etc. You can earn a $5 Amazon gift card when you start a Journey (after September 1) and another one when you finish the Journey.
BONUS: If you start and finish your Health Check/Survey in Virgin Pulse at the Health Screenings you will receive another $5 Amazon gift card.
