As we approach the Holiday Break we would like to wish you all a safe holiday. During the holiday, we will be working and would like to get ahead of the repairs that will need to be made as testing season starts in January.

If you have any repairs or other technology issues in your room that need to be addressed, please submit a work order as soon as you can. We will work on the issues in the order they come in and will be sending techs to your room.

In the past, we have experienced an increase in work orders after Holiday Breaks which lengthen the time it takes to complete repairs. If work orders come in before the break, we have a better chance of timely resolution.

Thank you for your help in letting know early what the issues are.
