Submissions for Payment Request HB396

Reminder: requests for payment regarding HB 396, Paid Professional Hours for Certified Educators, is due December 5, 2022.

To obtain payment, complete the form emailed to you from Chaela McDonald for your administrators approval. Once complete, you’ll obtain the funds on December 16, 2022.

If you choose, you may request payment in the spring rather than December. If this option is best for you, please do not complete the form, wait until you receive further directions.

You may also choose to split payments in December and in the spring as well.
