Did you know that you can save yourself a ton of time and money by taking advantage of telemedicine services? You can access a broad network of U.S. board-certified doctors 24/7/365 days a year by using Intermountain Connect Care! Connect Care providers can diagnose, treat, and provide medication for many common medical conditions, such as:

• Cold/flu
• Sinus infection
• Upper respiratory infection
• Allergies
• Headache
• Stomach ache/diarrhea
• Eye Infection
• Ear infection
• Rash/skin irritation
• Bronchitis

Connect Care provides you with quality care on your schedule with a low price. The services are available to all individuals regardless of your participation in the Provo City School District benefit plans. Connect Care visits are approximately $49 per visit. Employees who are enrolled on the traditional plan will pay a $10 copayment while employees who enrolled on the Health Save HDHP will pay a $10 copayment after the deductible has been met.
