SelectHealth Share Insurance Benefit
As a SelectHealth Share member, you are required to see participating providers in order to be covered on the medical plans offered through Provo City School District.
If a member chooses to see a provider not covered on the SelectHealth Share Network they would be responsible for the total cost they incur for services.
SelectHealth Member Advocates is a resource members have to support them in finding a new provider or if they need assistance with their insurance / claims questions.
