Wellness is practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain physical and mental health.  So instead of just surviving, you are thriving!

The definition of thriving: grow or develop well or vigorously. That goes well with our Wellness Program. We sure thrived this past couple of years and I want to continue with this growth and development in the upcoming year.
