Joyful Holiday Challenge
As we celebrate this holiday season, let’s take a moment and express what brings us joy and happiness. The first snowfall, the laughter of a child or those yummy holiday cookies are a few examples. To enter our challenge take a picture and post it to your Facebook or Instagram page, tag the Wellness page and use the hashtag:
