Important Information About 2019 W2’s

W2’s will not be printed this year. All W2’s will be found on the Employee Service Portal (ESP).

If you do not have an ESP account please follow these steps:

Go to the Provo City School District Website to find a PowerPoint presentation with step by step instructions on creating an account
Click on Employee
Click Human Resources
Scroll to Resources
Click Employee Service Portal Instructions

If you already have an ESP login:

You will find your W2 under the payroll tab, a W2 link will be found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.”
