Embracing a healthy lifestyle is easier when it costs less. The SelectHealth medical plans offered through Provo City School District give you access to discounts on many services, such as:

• Acupuncture – save on acupuncture services when you visit an approved acupuncturist.
• Child Safety – shop for safety gates, furniture safety products, and more when you purchase these items through Safe Beginnings (www.safebeginnings.com). Use the code BAS at checkout to apply the discount.
• Cosmetic Dermatology – save on various services, including laser hair removal, collagen implants, and age spot removal when visiting a participating provider.
• Eyewear – save on exams, frames, lenses, and contacts from participating providers.
• Hearing Aids – use a preferred hearing aid provider to receive discounts on hearing aids.
• LASIK Vision Surgery – save on vision correction expenses when using a preferred provider.
• Massage Therapy – preferred providers offer a $10 discount off a 60-minute service or $5 off a 30-minute service. Discounts can vary by provider.
• Sunglasses – save on prescription and non-prescription sunglasses when you purchase from an approved vendor.
