Having a MS in Mathematics Education allows you to teach concurrent enrollment classes, move up on the salary scale, and be eligible to teach as an adjunct professor at the college level. This program requires 18 credits of graduate level mathematics courses and 12 credits of education courses. If you already have Masters in Education, complete the 18 credits in graduate level mathematics to earn a Graduate Certificate in Mathematics.
Courses are offered in the evening to accommodate the schedules of teachers. Time of completion is typically 3 years. Tuition, fees and costs of textbooks are covered by scholarship.
