There are three different administration functions. District Administration, Function 2300, includes administration on the district level, but excludes Business, Purchasing, HR, Payroll and some technology.

School Administration, Function 2400, includes all principals and secretaries, including office staff not supporting other functions (i.e. counseling secretaries would be in function 2100, etc.). This includes any supplies that are purchased that are for the entire school staff (i.e. water machines, staff meeting supplies, etc.).

Central Administration, Function 2500, includes all Business Office, HR, Payroll, Purchasing, Warehouse, and district-wide Technology. This function includes all supplies, personnel, etc. needed to support all functions throughout the district.
