The Community Services function, Function 3300, is used for programs that are not specific to District residents or programs that are not specified by school boundaries. For example, in Provo City School District, we have a few programs that qualify as Community Services. Sunrise Preschool, Adult Ed and ESOL, and Camp Big Springs are all considered Community Services. Each of these programs serves a specific population, but they do not specify specific schools that qualify.
